Feeling weightless while being caressed by water and masseur was fascinating. Loved the Roman Empire themed dishes served in banquet style. The Emperor Massage was the best experience. The pretty courtyards and swimming pool added charm.
Oh, just loved everything! Can't think of a single thing to complain about!

The hotel's quirky Roman-themed design added a fun and unique touch to our vacation. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds provided a relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Additionally, having the convenience of a tea-making facility in the room was a nice touch. The location in the quiet village of Aljucen allowed us to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and truly unwind. We also enjoyed easy access to nearby Merida, where we had a fantastic day trip exploring the historic ruins. The breakfast was delicious and generous, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. the hotel offered a comfortable and relaxing stay for our family.
My kids wished for more family-friendly activities on-site.

The breakfast option could have been improved with a different choice of background music.

The suites at Termas Aqua Libera are like spacious islands where you can easily navigate around. As a backpacker, I loved how the rooms were divided into two areas, giving me plenty of space to relax and unwind. The cozy lounge area with a flat-screen TV and minibar was an added bonus for me. Plus, having air-conditioning and access to thermal baths all year round made my stay even more enjoyable.
One thing that I personally didn't enjoy as much was sharing baths with other guests. However, I understand that some people may find it a great opportunity to meet new people and have a social experience.

We had a relaxing Roman bath upon arrival to soothe our travel fatigue. The Roman-style villa was beautifully done, with an authentic atmosphere created by the owner, an archaeologist. The Roman dinner experience in the triclinium was unforgettable, complete with Roman clothing and ancient recipes. The small inn had a Roman bath and peristyle area by the pool, adding to the immersive experience. we highly recommend this unique and memorable stay at Termas Aqua Libera Guest House.

I found the background music in the breakfast room to be a bit gloomy and not to my taste.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely little guest house in a charming village near Merida. The atmosphere was delightful, with a Roman theme that added a unique touch to the overall experience. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities, including a small kitchen area which was very convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of walking. The bathroom was well-stocked with complimentary soaps and gels, adding a luxurious touch to the stay. The highlight of my trip was definitely the spa, where I had the tranquil pools all to myself for an hour – it was the epitome of relaxation. The breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious, with a selection of organic sourdough bread, cheese, meat, pate. The owners of the guest house were extremely attentive and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The food and the staff were amazing! They served us excellent meals and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was conveniently located near the motorway, making it perfect for our road trip. the design and layout of the Roman themed premises created a calm and relaxing ambiance, which was a great way to unwind after a long day.
There were a few aspects that I did not particularly enjoy. the breakfast was served late, which was inconvenient for those of us who wanted to get an early start to our day.
